Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.
DEBORAH P reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the website through the Shopify platform.
Payment data is secured and is not retained by DEBORAH . P.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
DEBORAH P cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Liability

DEBORAH P cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
