Returns

For customers located within the European Union, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.

For orders placed from the United States and other countries, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition : unworn, unused, complete, accompanied by their original packaging and all tags and accessories provided, intact and not removed.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, worn or with tags removed will not be accepted.

Quality

Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment.

If a proven manufacturing defect appears after receipt, we invite you to contact our customer service with detailed photographs. Each request is reviewed with care.
Irregularities related to the natural character of raffia, as well as normal wear due to use, do not constitute a defect.

Depending on the situation, an exchange or refund may be offered.
